Chapter6- first date

Kasy smiles as she sees Anna at her front door.


“well Kasy why is she here?”Shego asks.


“um oh she asked me if i could help her with an art project for Ms. Akari's class and i was like yeah”Shego looks at Kasy then at Anna.



“ya know....i don't like her” Anna's heart starts to beat faster and is about to go into a panic.



“mom Anna just got here how could you not like her you don't even know her?!?”



“no not her i meant Akari”Anna sighs with relief but then looks confused.



“why?” all three teens ask in confusion.


“its none of your business, i just have my reasons”



“Shego is that your answer for everything the kids ask you?”Kim says as she comes from the kitchen.



“no i just don't think i have to explain myself to children” Kim sighs.



“they're not children Shego”



“i know but im just sayin i don't have to explain myself to them”  


As Kim and Shego continue their little conversation Kasy winks at Anna, Spaz grabs his phone and starts to text Sheki. Shego looks back at the three of them and sees Anna blushing and smiling at Kasy and Spaz messing with his cell phone.



“hey what are you three doin?”



“nothin” they say at the same time.



“oh i didn't know we had a guest”Kim says as she looks at the people in the door.


“what guest? Its just that boy”



“no not him i meant her”Kim says as she looks at Anna.



“oh yeah i almost forgot about her, so why are you here?” Shego asks.


“im here t-to get K-Kasy, she, she said she would help me with m-my art project”Anna says trying not be so nervous.



“oh so you have Kasy's art class”Kim says with a warm smile causing Anna to relax a little and smile back.



“yes ma'am”



“well you just wasted your gas cause Kasy can't go anywhere until she wants to talk about what happened in school”Shego says.



“its ok Kasy can go” Shego and Kasy look at Kim with confusion.



“Kasy text me what happened”Kasy looks confused and then looks at Spaz, Spaz winks.



“yeah see momma says i can go”



“how come nobody told me anything?”Shego ask.



“thats why i came out the kitchen”Kim says.



“oh,well sense your mother said you can go i guess you can ”Kasy and Anna smiles.



“ok lets go Anna”


“wait a second Kasy can we at least see this girl before you drag her off”Shego says. Kasy sighs and Anna walks into the light and Shego looks confused.


“um hi im Anna”


“well hi there Anna im Kim and this is Shego” Shego just looks at her and tries to figure out why Anna is a light blue.



“Shego”



“oh yeah im Shego,Kasy's mom nice...to meet you”



“Ms. Shego are you ok?” Spaz asks.




“yeah im fine”Shego says as she looks at Anna really closely.




“um ok yeah we're gonna go now bye” Kasy says as she takes Anna by the arm and walks away.



“ok but be back her by ten”Kim says to Kasy.




“hmm its somethin bout that girl i just can't put my finger on it”




“well i think shes nice”Spaz says with a smile.



“i wasn't talkin to you,now go home”



“why? i came to see Sheki”



“and?”



“Shego let him in”Kim says.



“gr ok you know the rules door open at all times”Spaz smiles and walks up the steps to Sheki's room.


---outside--


Kasy and Anna head towards the car.




“oh wow nice ride Anna”Kasy says.




“thanks” Anna smiles and opens the door for Kasy.



“so what do you think of my parents?” Kasy says as they drive off.



“i didn't know you had um”



“two moms?”



“yeah..not that theres somethin wrong with that-”Anna starts to panic a little.




“Anna calm down its ok”Kasy say with a smile.



“i shoulda told you i had gay parents.....well Anna i have to tell you something”



“what?”



“i-”Kasy bites her knuckle.



“i have gay parents” Kasy says in a dramatic tone but sarcasticly.




“wow i didnt know that!” Anna sounds shocked but  in a sarcastic tone with a smile.




“wow your not so nervous now huh?”




“i wasn't nervous before”Anna says.



“oh really? It looked like you were about to die when you were talkin to my moms”




“well Mrs. Shego scared me”




“shes not as mean as she look, shes really nice and kinda soft if you get on her good side”



“yeah ill keep that in mind”Anna says  with a smile. Kasy looks at Anna and how calm she looks now. Anna looks over and sees Kasy looking at her.



“what?”


“nothin its just you seem less shy and nervous and your also really beautiful” Anna blushes and smiles.



“thanks but i think your way more beautiful than i am”Kasy smiles.



“i doubt that, so where we headed?”Kasy asks



“umm to this restaurant on the beach called Banana Bay”



“hm sounds nice”



“it is and its really hard to get a table but its a good thing the owner of the place is a friend of my dads”



“lucky us then” Kasy says with a smile.



“yeah i guess you could say that”Anna grins.



------Banana Bay-------

Anna and Kasy walk up to the entrance laughing and giggling.



“no way you totally didn't do that?!”



“yup i did, so for like one week my sister was orange you shoulda seen it” Kasy opens the door for Anna as they walk in.


“thank you”



“no big”



“welcome to Banana Bay” A man says with long side burns and monkey like ears. Anna smiles.



“hi uncle Monty”



“ lil Anna is that you?!”Anna smiles and blushes.




“yup the one and only”Monty jumps from behind the counter and gives Anna big hug.



“i haven't seen you since you were little girl”



“i know its been a while”



“so wheres this Kasy fellow you told me about?” Kasy  stands next to Anna. Monty looks around.



“um hi im Kasy”



“um no you can't be....Kasy is a boy...right?” Anna sighs and blushes.



“um uncle Monty Kasy is a girl...and my date for to night” Monty jaw drops.




“when you say date ?”




“like i asked her out and she said yes like that kinda date” Kasy says with a grin. Monty looks at Kasy with confusion.



“hm well as long as my Anna-banana is happy im happy” Anna blushes.



“uncle don't call me that”Kasy smiles.



“why not? Its a cute name”Monty says with a smile. Anna blushes a deep red.



“um c-can we sit now?”



“oh yes this way”Monty leads Kasy and Anna to their table walking on all four. Kasy watches how he walks in curiosity.



“here we are the finest table in the whole place like you asked for”




“thanks uncle Monty” Anna says with a smile.



“no problem, so here are your menus and i will be back to take your orders” Monty walks away.



“umm Anna you said he's your uncle right?”



“yeah why?”



“well not to be mean or anything but, have you noticed he has-”




“monkey like characteristics?”Anna says with a smile as she sips her water.



“um yeah”Kasy giggles.



“well he is a monkey......sorta”



“h-how is that possible?!”



“well see uncle Monty has this infatuation with monkey's , so when he got enough money he had surgery to become a monkey”



“wow i didn't think was possible”



“anything is possible if you have the money” Monty says as he hangs from the ceiling. Kasy jumps a little scared.


“jesus!”


“what did i scare you?”



“y-y-yeah you did Mr. Monkey- im Monty!”Kasy blushes.



“uncle!”



“yes Anna-banana?”



“be nice please”



“i am, so did you decide on what you wanted?” Kasy looks over the menu.



“um i will have-”


“we'll have the banana boat for starters and then for the main course she'll have the banana Palooza  and you already know what i like and can you bring us your best bottle of banana wine”



“ok”Monty jumps on the floor and takes their menu's. Kasy smiles.



“yeah know i like a girl who knows how to take control” Kasy say with a seductive smirk. Anna smiles.



“i saw the way you were looking at the menu, you had this cute but confused look on your face so i just order what i thought you would like”


“well thank you next time ill do the same for you” A monkey walks up and places two wine glasses on the table and pours the banana wine. Kasy is a little shocked but smiles at the monkey in a waiters  outfit. Anna smiles and thanks the monkey.


“so when you said your uncle is infatuated with monkey's you weren't kidding were you”Anna smiles.

-----the possible residents------


Shego is searching the web to find some information on Anna.



“theres gotta be something on that girl”Kim walks past her.



“Shego there is nothing evil about Kasy's friend so stop looking”



“i didn't say she was evil im just trying to figure out why she's blue”



“*sigh* you are so paranoid about stuff you know that?” Shego truns in the chair and smiles.




“i know and thats why you love me Kimmie”




“sure sure”Kim says with a smirk and walks out of the room.




“ok shes gone did you find anything Wade?”




“yeah”



“ok so tell me what you know”


“ok Anna was born November 22 but her mother died giving birth to her, so she was sent to live with her birth father, not knowing her real mother but growing up with her step mother and her birth father, but for some reason her step mother and father got a divorce, anyway her farther did some experiments on Anna as a child and one day ,one of his test back fired causing his and her skin to change colors”



“blue?”



“yes and this happened when she was like six”



“ok so that answers her skin color but do you know who her parents are?”



“no but ill keep looking” Shego sighs.




“ok thanks Wade”



“no biggie Shego, bye”



“bye” Shego slumps back in her chair and runs her fingers through her long black hair.



“so that answer one question, but it brings up a bunch of others”


----Banana Bay-----


The lights are dim with candles a light all around the restaurant. The moon is shinning bright over Kasy and Anna as a soft ocean breeze blows and soft jazz plays in the back ground. Kasy and Anna finish their meals and converse with each other. Monty walks over to their table.



“so did you enjoy your meals?”



“yes we did everything was great uncle Monty”



“yeah it was really good especially the slice of banana cream pie” Kasy says with a vibrant smile.



“well im glad you enjoyed your selves, would you like some coffee to top the night off or will this be it?”Anna looks at Kasy.



“yeah i think we will”



“ok i already know what you like Anna how about you Kasy?”



“hm ill have what Anna is having”



“ok then two banana nigh caps coming up”Monty brings the girls the coffee and  Anna looks at her watch.


“wow the time just flew right by”



“why what time is it?”Kasy asks as she sips her coffee.



“damn this is good”Kasy says. Anna smiles and giggles.



“yeah i know their good, and its 11:30”



“really? Dang time does fly when your having fun”



“so what time do you have to be home?”Kasy thinks back.



“hm i don't know but i guess whenever my moms call me”



“ok cause i was thinking we could walk along the beach if you wanted to” Kasy smiles.



“i would love to”



After convincing Anna Kasy pays for the bill.



“thanks for the meal uncle Monty ill see you later” Anna says as she and Kasy walk out the door.


-----the beach-----

Kasy and Anna walk side by side just talking. Anna reaches over nervously and holds Kasy's hand. Kasy looks at their hands intertwined and smiles. After a few moments the girls site down on the warm sand.


“so how long have you been an artist?”Anna asks.



“i don't know i guess since i was like five? But back then all i could draw was some blobs”



“but they were pretty blobs probably” Anna says with a smile. Kasy chuckles.



“yeah i guess you could say that, but i guess my first really good drawing was when i was in like 6th grade”



“what did you draw?”




“a bird in a cage”



“in a cage?”


“yeah i don't know why, but back then i just felt like i was in a cage i was afraid to talk to the other kids or express myself cause they always made fun of my skin color, so one day i saw this bird sitting on a tree limb and i though i would give anything to be as free as that bird so i took out a piece of paper and drew me as a bird in a cage” Anna looks at Kasy as the moon shines over her light green skin and the breeze blows her red hair.



“wow, well do you still feel that way?”



“huh?”



“do you still feel like a bird in a cage?” Kasy looks down and smiles.



“sometimes yeah, but drawing is the only thing that is keeping me sane lately” Anna lifts Kasy head with her fingers and kisses Kasy softly.



“you don't have to feel like a caged bird anymore, if you let me ill be the one to keep you sane”Kasy looks into Anna's eyes.



“(in Kasy's mind)who is this girl? This isn't the Anna i meet at school is it?” Anna kisses Kasy again  but  more passionate and longingly. Out of nowhere the song 'in love with money' by Plies is ringing out of Kasy's pocket.


“what is that?”



“oh its my cell”Kasy digs the phone out her pocket and answers it.



“yes ma'am?”



“WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!?! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT TIME IT IS?!!?”Shego yells.



“mom mom calm down whats wrong?”



“whats wrong? YOUR NOT HOME AND ITS PAST TEN!!!!!!”




“we're on the way home now”




“you should be home not on your way!!!”




“Anna's tire blew out on the high way so we had to push it to a tire shop to get a spare”



“oh well are you two ok?”



“yes ma'am we're like 30min. Away ok?”



“ok you better be here in 30 min got it?!”



“yeah bye”


“bye”Kasy sighs and starts to laugh.



“looks like i miss my curfew”Anna smiles.




“yeah looks like”Anna stands up and stretches.



“well lets get you home before your moms kill me”



“ok” Kasy smiles.



---outside the possible house hold----


Anna walks Kasy to her front door.



“so did you have a good time?”



“yeah i had a wonderful time”



“good”Anna smiles. Kasy stands in front of the door and faces Anna.



“so Anna i was wondering-”



“yes!”Anna says. Kasy laughs.



“i didn't even ask you yet”


“oh sorry”



“i was wondering if you would want to um”Kasy scratches her head and starts to blush.



“i was wondering if you would want to go out with me this Friday?”Anna smiles.



“i would love to Kasy”Kasy breaths out and smiles.



“good good oh and umm d-do you wanna”Anna smiles and kisses Kasy softly.



“yeah i would love to be you girlfriend Kasy” Kasy smiles.


“great”



“great”Kasy smiles and leans in for a good night kiss,but just as their lips touch the front door flings open.



“Kasy Ann Possible i know you are not about to kiss that girl?!?!”Shego says with her hands on her hips. Anna freezes up



“no mom its not what it looks like we were just talking”




“Shego leave them alone”Kim says as she walks up behind Shego.



“but Kimmie they're were about to kiss”



“i doubt that, why would they kiss if they were just  studying?”



“yeah momma has a point” Shego mumbles under her breath.



“whatever just get in here”



“ok ok im coming”Kasy says and hugs Anna. Anna smiles at the contact and whispers in Kasy's ear.


“bye Kasy”



“until tomorrow Anna-banana”Anna blushes  and giggles.



“get in here Kasy”



“im coming mom”Kasy walks in the house and Anna walks to her car.



As Anna gets in her car Kasy walks in her room. They both sigh with happiness and say



“i have a girlfriend”
